Militants launch twin terror attacks in Jammu

This morning's attack is seen as a bid to derail the meeting from across the border.
Encounter at the army camp is still going on, additional forces of CRPF, Police & Army have been called in.
Militants numbering 3-4 came in army uniform, fresh infiltration can't be ruled out.
Search operations using a helicopter continue in the region.
Three army personnel including Lt Col Bikramjeet Singh died in the second strike shortly afterwards on the army camp at nearby Samba, officials said.
The terrorists reportedly escaped the area in a truck parked outside the police station after the attack and forced its driver to move towards Jammu.
The first attack took place around 06:45 AM near Jammu-Pathankot National Highway, where the militants barged into a police station wearing uniforms.
