Northern India engulfed by heavy fog Visibility low trains running late from Delhi

The whole of North India has been engulfed in a heavy blanket of fog. Further, the Delhi/NCR region has also been shrouded with smog leading to deteriorating air quality. Officials from the regional pollution control board have claimed that stubble burning in states of Haryana and Punjab lead to smoggy weather conditions in the capital region.
