Sachin Rekha Hema among other celebrity MP face criticism on low attendance in Parliament

Legendary Indian cricketer and now Member of Rajya Sabha Sachin Tendulkar on Thursday made his appearance in the house after he drew criticism from a few parliamentarians. Samajwadi Party leader Naresh Agarwal had questioned Tendulkar and actress Rekha’s absence, saying that why not their membership should be disqualified. He had said, “Sachin Tendulkar and Rekha must resign from the Upper House if they are not interested.” Another sports player and MP Mary Kom was also present in the House.
