Right to privacy: SC 9-judge bench to begin hearing today
A nine-judge bench of the Supreme Court will commence hearing from Wednesday to decide if the contentious issue of right to privacy is a fundamental right under the Constitution. The apex court said the nine-judge bench would deal with the limited issue of right to privacy and the correctness of the two judgements.
