Hubble Space Telescope captured two galaxies of equal size in a collision that appears to resemble a ghostly face. Hubble described the two galaxies of equal size as "The Red Spider Nebula might look like a cosmic arachnid, but it's actually the cast-off outer layers of a dying Sun-like star. The hot star's powerful stellar winds create waves in the expelled gas.”

Hubble Space Telescope captured the colourful image of a dying star 1,400 light-years from Earth.  “As a Sun-like star nears the end of its life, it can produce a psychedelic work of art in space. The glowing clouds of the Saturn Nebula are the cast-off outer layers of a dying star about 1,400 light-years from Earth," Hubble described the image of dying star.

Hubble Space Telescope captured breathtaking images of two luminescent galaxies. The two galaxies are individually known as the Northern Galaxy UGC 2369 (UGC 2369N) and the Southern Galaxy UGC 2369 (UGC 2369S) and the telescope captured mutual gravitational attraction between both the galaxies.

Hubble captured a spectacular image of the galaxy NGC 3717, which is located around 60 million light-years away, in the constellation Hydra (the sea serpent). This constellation was discovered in 1834 by Sir John Herschel.

Hubble snapped an unexpected thin disc very close to a supermassive black hole. "The unexpected thin disc of material was found encircling a supermassive black hole at the heart of the spiral galaxy NGC 3147, located 130 million light-years away," it observed.
