Indian ladies on Sunday thrashed arch-rivals Pakistan in ICC Women’s World Cup 2017 match played at County Ground, Derby. India’s potent bowling attack led by Ekta Bisht completely outplayed Pakistani girls to secure a thumping victory.

She is left handed batswoman and slow left-arm orthodox bowler. She is the first International woman cricketer from Uttarakhand state of India.
Before being getting into Indian Women Cricket team, she had some excellent performances to her name at the domestic level cricket.
While playing against Sri Lanka in ICC World Women T20 in October 2012, Bisht took a hat-trick in the last over of innings helping India to restrict the opponents to a modest 100 runs for 8 wickets. India went on to win the match.
In February 2017, Bisht bowled 5 wickets out of Pakistan slipping away just 8 runs. 7 out of her 10 overs were maiden. Her outstanding performance helped India ridicule Pakistani batting line-up for their tenth record low of 67 runs.
