Hashim Amla – One of the shocking name which remained unsold in the auction of IPL 2018 was South African batsman Hashim Amla. He made his IPL debut in 2016 and was associated with Kings XI Punjab. With a huge strike rate of over 141, Amla has two smashing centuries in his name.
Eoin Morgan

Eoin Morgan – England middle-order batsman, who has an experience of 52 matches in the League went unsold in the auction. Morgan has scored 854 runs in 45 innings of 52 matches and made his IPL debut with Kolkata Knight Riders.
Moises Henriques

Moises Henriques – Australian all-rounder Moises made his IPL debut in 2009 with Kolkata Knight Riders. Later, he was traded to Delhi Daredevils in the year 2010 and Mumbai Indians 2011. He has also played for Royal Challengers Bangalore in 2013. In the year 2016, as a part of SunRisers Hyderabad’s squad, Henriques scored 182 runs and took 12 wickets which helped SRH claim the trophy. With more than 950 runs in 57 matches, Henriques remained in the auction.

In the auction of IPL 2018, Joe remained unsold and now after the removal of Smith and Warner’s name from the squads, there is a huge possibility of Root being selected by either of the team selector.
