After a disappointing loss in the first of two-match T20 series, India team will look to start fresh in the final T20 which is scheduled to happen at M.Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bengaluru on Wednesday.

With this, there are some interesting milestones which approach this game. However, this remains to be seen how many of the following come true.

STATS

48 and 49 - Virat Kohli and MS Dhoni have hit 48 and 49 sixes respectively in the T20I format. Only Rohit Sharma (102), Yuvraj Singh (74) and Suresh Raina (58) have hit 50 and more T20I sixes for India thus far.

349 – Rohit needs one more six to become the first Indian to hit 350 International sixes. MS Dhoni needs two sixes for the same feat. Rohit, thus far hit 349 sixes while Dhoni hit 348 including seven for Asia XI. Only four players across the globe have hit more sixes than these two players.

20938 – Dinesh Karthik needs 62 more runs to complete 21000 runs in his professional career. He has scored 9376 FC runs, 6416 List A runs and 5145 runs in T20s ahead of the T20I series.

298 – If Rohit Sharma features in both the matches of this series, he will complete 300 appearances in the Twenty20 format. During the Hamilton T20I, MS Dhoni became the first Indian to feature in 300 Twenty20s. Suresh Raina is expected to be the 2nd Indian if he features in Uttar Pradesh’s matches in the Syed Mushtaq Ali T20 Trophy on 24th and 25th February respectively.

46 – Yuzvendra Chahal needs 4 more wickets becoming the third Indian to take 50 wickets in T20I cricket. Only Ravichandran Ashwin (52) and Jasprit Bumrah have achieved this feat. Interestingly, he will be the first Indian leg spinner.

50 – Shikhar Dhawan will be featuring in his 50th T20I in the series opener.

79 – Finch needs five more sixes to become the player with the most number of T20I series for Australia. Finch currently has 79 sixes same as David Warner. Only Shane Watson (83) is ahead of the both in Australian list. Finch is also the only Australian who is near to any records in the upcoming T20 International.
