India bowled England out for 271 early in the morning session on Day 4 of the 4th Test at The Rose Bowl, Southampton on Sunday. India’s Golden boy Mohammed Shami provided the visitors a breakthrough on the first ball of the day by removing Stuart Broad. Soon after, stubborn Sam Curran threw his wicket away in greed of a single and got run out. England, however, took a massive 245-run lead in the fourth innings.

Starting the tricky chase, India didn’t have a good start and Broad removed opener KL Rahul, who didn’t bother scorers. The pitch is not behaving as per the expectations and the ball was keeping a low. The target of 245 is not going to be easy for India given their poor fourth innings track record, especially away home. Can Virat Kohli and boys do it? If they do, it would historic. Stay with us as we bring you all the live action from Southampton, England.

Highlights and SCORECARD of India vs England, 4th Test, Day 4:

#OUT!!! It's all over now. England has taken an unbeaten 3-1 lead in the series. The hosts defeated India by 60 runs in the fourth Test.

# England now a wicket away from the series win. And the credit goes to Same Curran, Moeen Ali and Jose Buttler. Stokes as well. India was on the driver's seat most of the time during this mathc. After three early blows, Kohli and Rahane provided them some stability but after Kohli's fall, entire team faltered.

# Wicket number 9... Its raining wickets for England... Shami trying to hit it out of the park but it went up high and straight to Anderson on long on.

# One more down! Ishant Sharma out. India throwing it away without any fight. Stokes takes his second wicket of the innings.

#OUT! Rahane too departs after 50. India's last hope also shattered.

#OUT! Rishabh Pant you small kid... you need more time to be mature enough to play Tests. India lose sixth wicket.

#OUT! Hardik Pandya departs without bothering the scorer. And he wasted one review of India as well. Needless review, irresponsible batting.

#OUT!! Big blow for India. Skipper Kohli departs. Moeen ali again proving his mettle. India 123-4

SCORECARD after 49 overs: India 117/3; Kohli 54(124)Rahane 40(120)

# FIFTY for Kohli: The Indian skipper has always stayed there whenever the team faced tough situations. Kohli has truly become a hero of the chase and with this fifty has proved himself yet again. It seems that Kohli eats pressure to score runs.

SCORECARD after 33 overs: India 72/3; Rahane 23(75) Kohli 26(73)

# Welcome back... Rahane will face Moeen Ali, who is producing extraordinary term and bounce. Skipper Kohli is on the other end. This partnership is India's last hope. But the can the hold on that long?? Live action starts.

Lunch Break!!

#OUT!! Indians are literally faltering here. England didn't allow them to settle at all. A terrific catch from Stokes, diving his left. Dhawan out for 27.

#OUT!! Pujara has gone... India in big big trouble... Anderson doing what he does the best... The ball came back in quickly and hit the pad... Pujara goes upstairs but it was umpire's call.

#Bowled'em!! Big early breakthrough for England... KL Rahul could not do much about it. The ball stayed a bit low and Rahul was not looking ready.. Broad provides England with the start they need. Seven-ball duck for Rahul..

# Welcome back... Dhawan and Rahul are at the crease. Dhawan will face the first ball. Anderson will open the attack

#Run OUT! Sam Curran what you just did my boy. Leg byes.. Completed one run and went for another which wasn't on at all. England all out for 271. But they have set a big fourth innings target of 245 for India. Not at all going easy for the visitors.

#OUT! Shami you beauty... first ball wicket for India and it has become the habit of Shami. He took the last ball wicket before lunch on day three and then another on the very first ball post lunch, ended the game with a wicket and today, started the day with another one. Broad must be expecting a bouncer but Shami lured him with a full delivery. The ball kissed the outside edge and went straight into the gloves of Pant.
