Delhi Daredevils displayed amazing batting and defeated Gujart Lions by 2 wickets despite some early hiccups. Shreyas Iyer hit 96 runs in 57 balls which was laced with two sixes and 15 fours. Although he returned to the pavilion in the last over, Amit Mishra saw to it that Delhi emerged victorious without any further obstacles.
Earlier, Gujarat Lions batted in a fascinating manner as they scored 195 runs while losing only 5 wickets. Aaron Finch was the wrecker-in-chief as he destroyed the Delhi Daredevils bowling line up with 69 runs off 39 balls. His brutal knock contained 6 fours and 4 sixes as he clobbered the Delhi bowlers all over the ground.
