Arguably India's most successful captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni has finally ended speculations about his retirement by saying that he is planning to play 2019 world cup.

During a promotional event in Delhi, Dhoni said that he is fit and there is no plan to retire anytime soon. He stated that he is fit enough to play in the 2019 ICC World Cup.

There were rumours that Dhoni will retire from the limited overs format after this year’s ICC Champions Trophy.
Dhoni has already retired from Test cricket and he is not captaining Indian side in any format of the game.

On playing Vijay Hazare Trophy, Dhoni said that it was a good experience for him and now he feels refreshed with the aim of playing in 2019 world cup, if he stays fit and does not get injured.
