RESULT: Mumbai Indians beat Sunrisers Hyderabad by 40 runs (Kieron Pollard 46, Alzarri Joseph 6/12)

MILESTONE ALERT: Alzarri Joseph gets five-wicket haul on IPL debut

WICKET: Short ball from Bumrah and Nabi couldn't time it, gets a top edge, straight into the hands of Rohit Sharma.

What a day Alzarri Joseph is having! Fourth wicket for him! Rashid Khan out for a golden DUCK!

WICKET: Knocked him over! Alzarri Joseph has been sensational today, picks his third for the night!

Mumbai is making it tough for the host! Four overs still to go, but nearly 50 runs needed where runs have been hard to come by! With Nabi and Hooda still at the crease, Hyderabad fans will be hoping for a turnaround.

Who would have thought that commentators will say, "Mumbai Indians are favourites here". Well, as of now, that's the case. After 14 overs, it's 76/5.

WICKET: Gone for DUCK! Yusuf Pathan OUT! SRH is committing suicide here!

WICKET: Jason Behrendorff has struck! His first for the night! And Manish Pandey fails yet again! Fourth wicket DOWN!

With the first three back to the pavilion, the onus is on Manish Pandey. He has been around for a while, carries a good experience on his back, and yet to deliver - this situation is probably the perfect opportunity to show the talent he has got. After 9 overs, it's 54/3.

WICKET: Alzarri Joseph picks his second! Dangerous Shankar OUT!

Well..Well..Well! This is not new in this year's IPL. Pollard drops a sitter! Manish Pandey survives!

What a start this has been for Mumbai Indians. Jonny Bairstow and David Warner are back to the pavilion and middle-order of SRH hasn' hot much opportunities. Can Mumbai Indians pull this off? After 5 overs, 33/2.

Mumbai Indians 136/7 in 20 overs vs Sunrisers Hyderabad (Kieron Pollard 46, Siddarth Kaul 2/34)

20 runs from the 19th over! Getting close to a respectable total. The way the pitch is behaving, 130 can be a fighting total and Mumbai is just 13 runs away from that!

100 up for Mumbai Indians, finally!

WICKET: Slight nip and through to the keeper. Rahul Chahar is seventh to depart!

DROPPED! This is rare from Sunrisers Hyderabad. This is very rare!

WICKET: First ball SIX. Second ball dot. Third ball OUT. Rashid Khan definitely had the last laugh! Sixth Wicket DOWN!

The way Mumbai Indians is playing, it will be difficult for them to even score 100. They are just not there at the moment. As of now, they are dealing in singles. The score has ticked to 80/5. With four overs still to go, Pandya and Pollard will try to finish between 120-130.

Hardik Pandya has joined Pollard now. Can they take Mumbai Indians to a respectful total?
After 14 overs, it's 72/5.

WICKET: Ishan Kishan Run Out!! Brilliant awareness from Bairstow. He even fooled Warner at slip, who gestured that it was not out. Kishan pats it towards cover and sets off!

WICKET: Krunal is not resurrecting the innings today as he did against CSK. OUT for 6.

Mumbai, like other teams, are struggling for momentum at Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, Hyderabad. However, young sensation Ishan Kishan is looking solid. After 11 overs, it's 61/3.

WICKET: Another wicket! Sunrisers Hyderabad is on top. Quinton de Kock was looking good today, but yet again, couldn't convert.

The powerplay belongs to Sunrisers Hyderabad, they picked two wickets - Rohit Sharma and Suryakumar Yadav eventually leaving them in trouble. After 6 overs, 30/2.

Ishan Kishan, who has been added to the squad in place of Yuvraj Singh is on strike now! This remains to be seen if he can play an impactful inning!

WICKET: This time it's Suryakumar Yadav! Another wicket down.

WICKET: First wicket of the night! And it's Mohamad Nabi again! Absolutely sensational stuff! Rohit departs!

Quinton de Kock and Rohit Sharma are off to a blistering start against Sunrisers Hyderabad. They have been using fielding restrictions well. After 3 overs, it's 19/0.
