Henri Kontinen and John Peers on Saturday won the Australian Open Men’s Doubles title by defeating Bryan brothers of USA.

They won the match winning in straight sets with score line of 7-5, 7-5.

The Bryan brothers were serving to stay in the match and they ended up giving 2 championship points to the 4 seeds.

Henri Kontinen and John Peers make no mistake and win their first major as a team.

John Peers is the first Australian man to lift a Grand Slam men’s doubles title since 2005, having fended off the challenge of the Bryan brothers.
