Star Indian shuttler Saina Nehwal may soon tie the knot with her long-time date Parupalli Kashyap, also a badminton player. As per the reports, Saina and Kashyap, who have been dating each other for quite a few years, will take nuptial vows by the end of the 2018.
According to a report published in The Times of India, the marriage of the badminton duo will take place on December 16. The event will be more of a private affair, with only 100 guests on the invitation list. A big wedding reception will be held on December 21, the report added.

"Both families had been planning the wedding for a while now. Now they have finalised the date. The arrangements are all for December 16," the English daily quoted a source close to the couple as saying.
Saina and Kashyap will be a new shuttler couple after Indonesia’s Susy Susanti and Alan Budikusuma, China's Lin Dan and Xie Xingfang, British duo Chris and Gabby Adcock and back home, Madhumita Goswami-Vikram Singh Bhist and Syed Modi and Ameeta Kulkarni.

Kashyap, a 2014 Commonwealth Games gold medallist and Olympic bronze winner Saina has reportedly been in the relationship with each other for over a decade now. However, they always maintained that they were just friends and practice partners.
