So, Mayank Markande replaces Vijay Shankar. Umesh Yadav replaces Bhuvneshwar Kumar while KL Rahul is in place of Shikhar Dhawan.

Australia has chosen to bowl in the Twenty20 International against India in Vizag. Peter Handscomb makes his debut and will keep wickets. Virat Kohli has said he switched off during the break and did not watch much cricket.

The pitch has plenty of cracks and it will assist spin. India might play three spinners on this track. The team that wins the toss should bat first and set a target in the range of 160.

BREAKING! Mayank Markande, the young wristspinner, will make his debut for India in the Vizag game against Australia. Proud moment for the youngster, who impressed for Mumbai Indians. Peter Handscomb is also making his T20I debut for Australia.

The encounter between two top quality sides is all set to start in less than an hour. With this, the two teams are looking to make their last minute plans ahead of the toss which is scheduled to happen at 18:30 pm (IST).

What will be the ideal playing XI for both sides? Will we see Mayank Markande making his debut today in Vizag?

Virat Kohli is back. Jasprit Bumrah is back. The Indian team assumes a potent look. Without these two players, the team has still managed to do well.

For India, this series is all about finalising the team composition ahead of the World Cup. For Australia, these are the last 12 international games across formats in which they can fix upon a winning team as they look to enter the World Cup high on confidence.

The last two Twenty20 International series between India and Australia has ended 1-1. Can India secure an outright win this time?

Hello and welcome to the first T20I between India and Australia from the ADA-VDCA stadium in Vizag. Australia have won only once in India and they head into the contest low on confidence. Virat Kohli's side, on the other hand, are high on confidence having achieved success in Australia and New Zealand recently.
