The West Indies Cricket Board has announced a 15-member squad for the upcoming ICC Cricket World Cup 2019. The captaincy baton will be in the hands of Jason Holder. The big names to miss out are Kieron Pollard and Alzarri Joseph. West Indies will play their first game against Pakistan on May 31 in Nottingham. The eam is a blend of batsman, all-rounders, wrist spinners, and bowlers.

Jason Holder (c), Chris Gayle, Andre Russell, Ashley Nurse, Carlos Brathwaite, Darren Bravo, Evin Lewis, Fabian Allen, Kemar Roach, Nicholas Pooran (wk), Oshane Thomas, Shai Hope, Shannon Gabriel, Sheldon Cottrell, Shimron Hetmyer
