Bharti Airtel has revised one of its expensive prepaid recharge packs of Rs 799 to offer more data than usual.
Airtel’s Rs 799 plan, which originally offered 3 GB of 4G data, will now give 3.5 GB data per day, as per the company's site.
The validity of this top-up pack lasts up to 28 days. Furthermore, if a new Airtel pack is purchased via Airtel Payments Bank, a cashback of up to Rs 75 is offered.
Apart from the 4G data, the Airtel users will also get unlimited local, STD, and roaming voice calls, and 100 local and national SMS per day for a validity of 28 days. The unlimited calls are restricted up to 250 per day and 1,000 per month for both local and STD calls, as with the other data recharge plans.
Just before New Year, the telecom company introduced its Rs 93 prepaid plan to offer 1 GB 4G data with unlimited local, STD, and roaming calls, and 100 local and national SMS per day with a validity of 10 days.
The company also revised the Airtel TV app and announced free subscription to its content for Airtel’s prepaid and post-paid subscribers until June.
