Soon after the launch of Realme X, it became one of the most anticipated smartphones. Realme X arrived in May with its most expensive version topping at 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. And now, the smartphone maker have announced to offer a variant with double the storage starting on August 18. Yes, you read it right. The smartphone’s 256GB variant will go on sale on August 18 in China. The price of the phone in China will be CNY1,999, which is about $285/€250.
It is worth mentioning here that the pre-orders for the phone have already started at major Chinese retailers JD.com, Tmall and Suning. However, Realme doesn't said that how long the campaign will last but if you want to grab a Realme X from China, now is the great chance, since the 8GB/128GB variant is also discounted and costs only CNY1,599 ($225/€200), instead of CNY1,799 ($255/€227).
The key features in the Realme includes a snapdragon 710 SoC, pop-up selfie camera, 48-megapixel primary shooter on the back, and a 6.53-inch full-HD+ screen.
Realme X: Specification
The Realme X is equipped with a 6.53-inch full-HD+ (1080x2340 pixels) AMOLED screen with 19.5:9 aspect ratio, 91.2 percent screen-to-body ratio. It also features Gorilla Glass 5 protection and have an in-display fingerprint sensor for authentication. The dimensions of the handset is 161.2x76.9x9.4mm and it weighs 191 grams.
The Realme X is powered by a Snapdragon 710 SoC chipset clocked at 2.2GHz and comes in a total of three variants with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The smartphone runs Android 9 Pie with ColorOS 6.0.
Coming to the optics, the Realme X packs a 48-megapixel primary camera with f/1.7 aperture that is accompanied by a 5-megapixel secondary sensor with an f/2.4 lens. Also, there is a 16-megapixel selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture on the front.
Other features Realme X nclude a USB Type-C port, Dolby Atmos support, 4G LTE support, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5, GPS.
