All the Gadget freaks right here will be on cloud nine as Reliance Jio on Friday joined hand with Amazon India to make the popular Jio Phone available on the e-commerce platform.

Last year, in July the Mukesh Ambani-led company introduced the feature phone as 'India Ka Smartphone'. Soon after its appearance in the market, the Jio phone ruled over the Indian market disrupting other industry biggies like Samsung, Micromax, Itel, HMD Global and others.

The budget phone, which was earlier available only via Reliance Digital stores, the Reliance Jio website, MyJio app, and Reliance Jio's retail partner stores, is now listed on Amazon India.

People who are waiting eagerly to grab the device may book the same via MobiKwik.

In order to activate their Jio Phone, customers need to visit a Reliance Digital Store with the device, its original box, and Aadhaar card number. Customers, intended to buy the gadget using Amazon Pay balance will also enjoy a cashback of Rs 50. The offer is applicable until February 28, 2018.

The 4G VoLTE-enabled feature phone is priced at a mouth-watering amount of Rs 1,500 as before. This amount is being called a security deposit and customers will get a complete refund after three years.

The Reliance Jio phone sports a 2.4-inch display with a resolution of 240x320 pixels. It is powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core processor clubbed with 512MB RAM. The back camera on the Reliance Jio Phone is a 2-MP snapper while the gadget is having a 0.3MP front shooter. The feature phone is powered with a 2000mAh battery.
