Xiaomi's Mi 9T, the much-talked smartphone, has been finally launched in Europe on Wednesday. The speculations are on the rife that the Mi 9T is a rebranded version of the Redmi K20.
The smartphone comes in two variants i.e. 6GB RAM + 64GB storage variant and 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant. The base model costs 329 euro (approx Rs 25,800) and the higher model is priced at 369 euro (approx Rs 29,999).
The Xiaomi Mi 9T comes packed with a 6.39-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display. The Mi 9T comes with Snapdragon 730 processor and is backed by a 4000mAh battery. It also comes with 3.5mm headphone jack, Type C charging port, among other things.
As far as the optics of the phone are concerned, the Mi 9T is equipped with a a single 20megapixel pop-up selfie camera on the front. on the back, the phone sports an AI-based triple camera setup that includes 48MP Sony IMX582 sensor + 8MP sensor + 13megapixel sensor.
It is to be noted that the Mi 9T will not come to India, however, Xiaomi will launch the Redmi K20 in the country. Xiaomi India Managing Director Manu Jain has confirmed that the Redmi K20 and Redmi K20 Pro will launch in the country by mid-July. the India launch date of the Redmi K20 series is yet to be revealed.
The Redmi K20 will come with 6.39-inch AMOLED-full HD display with 19:5:9 aspect ratio. The phone further features Gorilla Glass 5 protection and have an in-display fingerprint sensor for authentication. The smartphone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 730. It will be available in two variants with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.
The smartphone is fuelled by a 4000mAh battery with fast-charging technology. It is to be noted that this handset can be a good option as it has Game Turbo 2.0 for gaming purposes. The Redmi K20 sports triple camera setup at the back with one being a 48 MP Sony IMX586 sensor coupled with 13 MP and 8 MP camera lens. For selfies, it has a 20 MP pop out camera with AI technology.
