Post the launch of Xiaomi Redmi Y1 and Redmi Y1 Lite in India last month, the device has been successful among the customers, garnering good reviews.
With many sales kicking off on online sites like Amazon and Flipkart, Redmi Y1 and Redmi Y1 Lite will be on sale today on Amazon India. Starting today at 12:00 pm, both the smartphones will be up for the sale. The sale will also be up on Xiaomi’s official website, mi.com.
The Xiaomi Redmi Y1 is priced according to its two variants, one with 32 GB storage and 3 GB RAM which is priced at Rs 8,999, and the other with 46 GB storage and 4 GB RAM, priced at 10,999.
Xiaomi Redmi Y1 Lite, on the other hand, comes in a single variant and is priced at Rs 6,999. The sale will also give some major offers like 280 GB of 4G data for IdeaCellular users, and a free 12-month subscription of Hungama music.
SPECIFICATIONS OF XIAOMI REDMI Y1
The latest Redmi Y1 comes with a 5.5-inch HD display with a fingerprint sensor on the rear, powered by octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 SoC. The device is available in two variants, one with 3 GB RAM and 32 GB storage, and the other with 4 GB RAM and 64 GB storage. On the camera front, the smartphone possesses a 16 mp front camera and a 13 mp camera at the rear.
The phone is available at the price of Rs 8,999 for the 3 GB variant and at Rs 10,999 for the 4 GB variant, and comes in two colour options, Rose Gold and Dark Grey.

The Redmi Y1 Lite comes with a 5.5-inch HD display with fingerprint sensor at the back and powered by quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 processor. On the camera front, the smartphone carries a 13 mp camera at the rear and 5 mp camera at the front.
The phone comes in only one variant with 2 GB RAM and 16 GB storage and is priced at Rs 6,999. The device runs on Anroid 7.0 Nougat OS. The Redmi Y1 Lite is available in two colour variants, Gold and Dark Grey.
