Apple Inc. is likely to launch at least three new iPhone models – iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, and iPhone 11 Pro Max at a mega event on September 10 (Wednesday). The company is also set to launch upgrades to its Apple Watch series, Apple TV Plus and Apple Arcade service.
Recently, the iphone maker has sent out media invites with the tagline ‘By innovation only’ and there’s a multi-coloured Apple logo as well. It is to be noted that the mega event will be held in the Steve Jobs Theater at the company’s Apple Park headquarters in Cupertino, California.

On an iPhone, iPod or iPod Touch, viewers will need to have iOS 10 or later installed. Then open the link (https://www.apple.com/apple-events/) in Safari. Whereas, Mac users can watch the Apple’s mega event via the Safari browser. However, Mac users will need to update the device to macOS Sierra 10.12 or later.
Apple iPhone 11 Pro event: What to expect?
Apple is likely to launch three new iPhone models this year including iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, and iPhone 11 Pro Max. The Indian Express quoted Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo as saying that the 2020 iPhone lineup will sport major design changes including a new form-factor, 5G support, and camera functions upgrade.
According to a report of The Indian Express, the rear cameras on the new iPhone models will be aligned in a square, a design change from the vertical camera setup on the previous-generation. Apple iPhone 11 will sport two cameras. The display size on iPhone 11 could be 5.4-inch.
On the other hand, the iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max will have three rear cameras. Also, the iPhone 11 Pro Max is said to feature a 6.7-inch display. Other features the upcoming iphone models may include in-display fingerprint ID, which will work in tandem with the existing Face ID system.
Earlier, tipster Ice Universe claimed that Apple is in talks with Samsung and LG regarding displays on the 2020 iPhones, which could get a switchable 60Hz/120Hz refresh rate display just like the iPad Pro.
