On the occasion of 72nd Independence Day, India’s two e-giants are looking to cash-in the opportunity by launching ‘Freedom Sale’ and offering huge discounts on every items. Both Flipkart and Amazon will be launching the sale for three days where the buyers can avail huge discounts and best offers on smartphones, home appliances, clothing and other items. The main attraction of these sales is smartphones and especially the mid-range phones which are full of features at a handy price.
Flipkart has titled it ‘The Big Freedom Sale’ while Amazon has ‘Freedom Sale’. So, let us take a look at some of the mid-range smartphones offered under the respective sale:
Flipkart ‘The Big Freedom Sale’:
Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 – Originally available at Rs 10,999, Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 will be sold at a discounted rate of Rs 10,499 under the sale. Fuelled with 5000 mAh battery, the handset comes with 3GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage with memory can be expandable up to 2 TB. Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 processor and sports a 5.99-inch FHD display.
Honor 9N – The phone whose original price is Rs 15,999 will be available for sale at a discount of Rs 2,000. Buyers can further avail exchange discount up to Rs 13,000. The Honor 9N comes with a 5.84-inch display and is powered by Kirin 659 Octa-core processor. The handset also has a notch display and sports a 4GB RAM along with 64GB of inbuilt storage.
Redmi Note 5 Pro – One of the most popular smartphone in the market is Redmi Note 5 Pro which wil be available for Rs 14,999 and under exchange offer, one can avail a discount of up to Rs 14,000. Redmi Note 5 Pro comes with a 4GB RAM and 64GB of inbuilt storage and sports a 5.99-inch FHD display. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 processor.

Amazon ‘Freedom Sale’:
RealMe 1- Oppo’s best-selling mid-range smartphones Oppo RealMe 1 is available in two variants, 4GB +64GB and 6GB + 128GB at a price of Rs 10,990 and Rs 13,990 respectively. Currently, Amazon is offering exchange discount up to Rs 7,510 and under the ‘Freedom sale’, buyer will be able to avail extra discount. However, it is the discount is not yet revealed.
The handset comes with a 6-inch FHD display with a pixel density of 403 ppi. The main attraction of the smartphone is its AI powered CPU which can identify your face in just 0.1 second to unlock.
Honor 7X – Amazon is currently offering the same exchange discount of up to Rs 7,510 on Honor 7X.However, under the ‘Freedom Sale’, it is still not revealed that how much the e-giant will offer its customers on this handset but it is clear it will be at least Rs 1,000. The handset comes with 4GB of RAM and in two variants of 32GB and 64GB at a price of Rs 11,999 and Rs 14,999 respectively.
Honor 7X comes with a 5.93-inch FHD display with a resolution of 1080x2160 pixels and 407 ppi pixel density.
