Honor 20 to go on sale via Flipkart today at 12 pm: Specs, price inside

The wait is finally over for those planning to purchase Honor 20 as the smartphone will go on sale today. Yes, you read it right. Honor 20 is all set to go on sale for the first time in India via Flipkart today at 12 pm. It is to be noted that Honor, the sub-brand of Chinese telecommunications giant Huawei, has recently announced the Honor 20, Honor 20 Pro and Honor 20i smartphone in the Indian market. While the Honor 20i has already gone on sale, the Honor 20 Pro doesn't yet have a release date.

Honor 20: Specifications

The dual-SIM (Nano) Honor 20 have 6.26-inch displays with small punch-hole cameras to the top left of the display and 19.5:9 aspect ratio. It runs Android 9 Pie with Magic UI 2.1 on top. Interestingly, the smartphone is powered by HiSilicon Kirin 980 SoC, paired with 6GB of RAM. The device measures 154.25x73.97x7.87mm and weighs 174 grams.

Honor 20 comes in Sapphire Blue, Midnight Black and Icelandic White. Coming to the optics, Honor 20 is equipped with a quadruple rear camera setup, with a 48-megapixel primary sensor, 16-megapixel ultrawide camera, a 2-megapixel depth assist camera and a 2-megapixel macro camera. On the front, it has a 32-megapixel selfie camera. There are also various camera features, including AI Camera, AI Ultra Clarity mode, and AI Colour mode.

The smartphone packs a 3,700mAh battery with 22.5W Honor Super Charge support, Virtual 9.1 Surround Sound technology, dual microphones and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. The Honor 20 is available only in single variant in India i.e. 6GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage.

Honor 20: Price & Offers

The price of Honor 20 in India is Rs 32,999. As mentioned above, the Honor 20 go on sale via Flipkart and all other leading offline stores from today onwards. The Flipkart sale will begin at at 12pm (noon) IST.

As far as the offers are concerned, the Honor has announced a ‘Love it or Return it' Challenge. As per the norms of ‘Love it or Return it' Challenge, Honor 20 buyers can choose to return the smartphone in 90 days if they are unhappy with it. If returned within that time period, the company says it will refund 90 per cent of the purchasing amount.

Other Honor 20 launch offers include no-cost EMI options starting from Rs 5,500 per month, as well as a Jio cashback of up to 2,200 and 125GB of additional data. The Jio cashback voucher can be redeemed, one at a time, against subsequent recharges of Rs 198 and Rs 299 via MyJio app. As for the 125GB of additional data, buyers are offered 5GB of additional data on recharges of Rs 198 or Rs 299, limited to 25 recharges.
