Honor 9X is all set to be launched in India on Tuesday at an event in New Delhi. Huawei sub-brand Honor will be hosting the launch event at 12:30 PM (IST). Along with Honor 9X, Honor Magic Watch 2 and Honor Magic Band 5i will be launched. It is to be noted that the upcoming smartphone from Huawei will be retailed via Flipkart in India. It is worth mentioning here that under the ‘X’ series, Honor has two smartphones i.e. Honor 9X and Honor 9X Pro. The two smartphones are currently being retailed in China.

You can watch the live stream of the launch of Honor 9X, Honor Magic Watch 2, and Honor Band 5i through its social media accounts and YouTube. In India, the live stream will start at 12:30 PM (IST).
Honor 9X sports a 6.59-inch full-HD+ (1080x2340 pixels) display. It runs Android Pie with EMUI 9.1.1 on top. The smartphone is powered by an octa-core HiSilicon Kirin 810 SoC, paired with up to 6GB of RAM. Honor 9X offers up to 128GB of onboard storage options.
On the imaging front, Honor 9X comes equipped with a dual rear camera setup that houses a 48-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.8 lens and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. On the front, there is a 16-megapixel selfie camera shooter with an f/2.2 lens.
Connectivity options on the phone include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS, USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. It packs a 4,000mAh battery. The smartphone further has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.

The 4GB RAM + 64GB storage variant of Honor 9X in China has been set at CNY 1,399 (approx. Rs 14,400), while its 6GB RAM + 64GB storage model carries a price tag of CNY 1,599 (approx. Rs 16,500) and the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage option costs CNY 1,899 (approx. Rs 19,600). The India price of Honor 9X is yet to be revealed.
