Huawei Nova 7i, the rebranded version of Nova 6 SE smartphone, has finally gone official in Malaysia. The key features on the newly-launched smartphone include octa-core Kirin 810 SoC, quad rear camera setup, and a 66.4-inch full-HD+ display, among others.
The price for the lone 8GB RAM and 128GB variant of Huawei Nova 7i in Malaysia has been set at MYR 1,099 (approx. Rs 18,900) and is available for pre-orders. The smartphone is available in three colours namely, Sakura Pink, Midnight Black, and Crush Green. However, there is no information on the availability of Huawei Nova 7i in other countries including India.
Huawei Nova 7i sports a 6.4-inch full-HD+ (1,080x2,310 pixels) display with a pixel density of 398ppi. The smartphone supports dual-SIM (Nano) technology and runs on EMUI 10.0.1, based on Android 10. Under the hood, Huawei Nova 7i is powered by an octa-core Kirin 810 processor which is paired with 8GB RAM. It offers 128GB internal storage that can be expanded up to 256GB via a microSD card.
On the imaging front, Huawei Nova 7i comes equipped with the quad rear camera setup that houses a 48-megapixel main shooter with a wide-angle lens and f/1.8 aperture. The primary camera is assisted by an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera with 120° viewing angle, a 2-megapixel macro camera, and a 2 megapixel depth sensor. On the front, there is a 16-megapixel sensor with f/2.0 lens.

The device is backed by a 4200mAh battery that supports Huawei's 40W SuperCharge technology. Connectivity options on the phone include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/a/ac, Bluetooth 5.0, USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Further, there is a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
