Huawei is all set to bring in Mate 30 series on September 19. It is to be noted that Huawei recently confirmed the launch date of Mate 30 series via Twitter with a teaser video. According to the teaser video, the Mate 30 and Mate 30 Pro will come with a circular rear camera module. The tagline for the Mate 30 launch event is "Rethink Possibilities" and the company plans to unveil the flagship series in Munich, Germany.
According to the rumours, Mate 30 and Mate 30 Pro will be powered by a new Kirin 990 SoC. The two smartphone will come equipped with impressive cameras in a bid to take it a notch higher than the P30-series. Also, it is rumoured that the Mate 30 Pro will offer a waterfall display with extremely curved edges.
It is worth mentioning here that the launch of the Mate 30 series comes amidst Huawei's struggle with the ongoing US ban. As per a directive by US President Donald Trump, US-based companies, like Google, cannot do business with Huawei. According to report of Reuters, Mater 30 series will be launched without access to Google apps and services, including the Google Play Store.
Huawei is reportedly working on a Play Store alternative since last year, but it may still be severely limited compared to what the Play Store offers.
