Infinix S5 Pro has recently gone on sale in India. The key features on Infinix S5 Pro include triple rear camera setup, Android 10 Pro, and a 4,000mAh battery, among others. According to Infinix, the S5 Pro comes equipped with DTS-HD surround sound output which gives a talk time of 14 hours on a single charge. In the Indian market, Infinix S5 Pro is up against Lava Z71 and Vivo U20. Infinix S5 Pro

Infinix S5 Pro sports a 6.53-inch full-HD+ (1080x2220 pixels) display with 19.5:9 aspect ratio and 91 per cent screen-to-body ratio with 480 nits of peak brightness. The smartphone supports dual-SIM (Nano) technology and runs Android 10 with the XOS 6.0 skin on top. Under the hood, the device is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P35 SoC, paired with 4GB of RAM. Internal storage it offers 64GB that can be expanded up to 256GB through a microSD card.

On the imaging front, Infinix S5 Pro comes equipped with a triple rear camera setup that houses a 48-megapixel sensor with an f/1.79 aperture. The primary camera is supported by a 2-megapixel portrait shooter and a dedicated low-light snapper. On the front, there is a 16-megapixel selfie camera with an f/2.0 lens. The front camera is equipped in a pop-up module.

Lava Z71

Lava Z71 sports a 5.7-inch HD+ (720x1520 pixels) display with a waterdrop-style notch and 295ppi pixel density. The smartphone supports dual-SIM (Nano) technology and runs on Android Pie-based Star OS 5.1. Under the hood, Lava Z71 is powered by a 2GHz MediaTek Helio A22 quad-core SoC paired with 2GB RAM. It has 32GB of internal storage which can be expanded up to 256GB using a microSD card.

On the imaging front, Lava Z71 comes equipped with a dual-rear camera setup that houses a 13-megapixel main sensor. The primary camera is assisted by a 2-megapixel shooter. On the front, there is a 5-megapixel camera with an f/2.2 aperture.

Lava Z71 packs a 3,200mAh battery. Connectivity options on the phone include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Micro USB, GPS, USB OTG, 3.5mm audio jack, Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi hotspot, and more. Sensors onboard include a fingerprint sensor, accelerometer, proximity sensor, and ambient light sensor. The phone measures at 145.6x70.9x9mm and weighs 150 grams.

The price for Lava Z71 in India has been set at Rs 6,299. The smartphone is available for sale in India via Flipkart. Lava Z71 comes in Ruby Red and Steel Blue colour options.

Vivo U20

Vivo U20 sports a 6.53-inch full-HD+ (1080 x 2340 pixels) display with a 90.3 percent screen-to-body ratio and a peak brightness of 480 nits. The smartphone supports dual-SIM connectivity and runs Android Pie with Funtouch OS 9 custom skin on top. Under the hood, the device is powered by octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 SoC paired with up to 6GB of RAM.

On the imaging front, Vivo U20 comes equipped with a triple rear camera setup that houses a 16-megapixel shooter with the Sony IMX499 sensor and an f/1.8 aperture. It is mated with an 8-megapixel wide-angle sensor with an f/2.2 aperture and 120-degree field of view, and a 2-megapixel macro camera with an f/2.4 aperture. On the front, there is a 16-megapixel camera for selfies with an f/2.0 aperture.

Vivo U20 comes with 64GB storage that can further be expanded via a microSD card slot (up to 256GB). Connectivity options on the phone include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, and Galileo.

Sensors on the Vivo’s latest phone include an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, magnetometer, gyroscope, and a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor for authentication. The device packs a 5,000mAh battery that supports the proprietary Dual-Engine fast charging technology. Vivo U20 also gets the 18W charger. Dimensions of the device are 162.15 x 76.47 x 8.89mm and it weighs 193 grams.
