LG Q51 With Triple Rear Camera Setup Launched (Photo Credit: Twitter)
Adding another smartphone in its ‘Q' lineup, LG on Tuesday launched Q51 in South Korea. The key features on LG Q51 include triple rear-camera setup, 6.5-inch display with HD+ resolution, and 4,000mAh battery, among others. It also has a single front-facing camera equipped in a centrally located notch.
The price for the lone 3GB+32GB storage variant of LG Q51 in South Korea has been set at KRW 317,000 (approx. Rs 18,700). The smartphone is available in Frozen White and Moonlight Titanium colours. LG Q51 is already available for sale in South Korea via three mobile communication companies. It is worth mentioning here that there is no word on the availability of LG Q51 in the Indian market.
LG Q51 features a 6.5-inch display with HD+ resolution. The smartphone gets a 2.0GHz octa-core processor, however, the actual model name is not yet disclosed. According to the initial reports, it is said that that the phone has a MediaTek Helio P22 SoC. The processor is mated to a 3GB RAM. The smartphone further offers an internal storage of 32GB which can be expanded via microSD card (up to 2TB).
On the imaging front, LG Q51 comes equipped with a triple rear camera setup that houses a 13-megapixel shooter. The primary camera is assisted by a 5-megapixel ultra-wide camera and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. On the front, there is a 13-megapixel selfie shooter equipped in the V-notch.
Connectivity options on LG Q51 include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.0, NFC, and a USB Type-C port for charging. Also, there is a fingerprint sensor on the back. The device packs a 4,000mAh battery. LG Q51 further includes stereo speakers, and 7.1 channel DTS X 3D stereo sound. Interestingly, LG Q51 has a dedicated Google Assistant button on the left side.
