Nokia 6.2 and Nokia 7.2, the two smartphones which were launched in India last year, have received a price cut. Yes, you read it right. According to an exclusive report of NDTV’s Gadgets 360, Nokia 6.2 and Nokia 7.2 have received a price cut of up to Rs 3,500. It is to be noted that Nokia 6.2 and Nokia 7.2 were launched in India in October at Rs 15,999 and Rs 18,599, respectively.
After the price cut, Nokia 6.2 now costs Rs 12,499 (down from the original price of Rs 15,999). This means that Nokia 6.2 saw a drop of Rs 3,500. The price is being reflected on both Amazon and the Nokia India online store.
On the other hand, Nokia 7.2 now costs Rs 15,499 (down from the original price of Rs 18,599). This means that Nokia 7.2 saw a drop of Rs 3,100. The price is being reflected on both Flipkart and the Nokia India online store.
Nokia 6.2 sports a 6.3-inch full-HD+ display with HDR10 support, Gorilla Glass 3 and 500nits brightness. It supports dual-SIM (Nano) and runs on Android 9 Pie. The smartphone is powered by octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 SoC, paired with up to 4GB of RAM.
As far as the optics are concerned, Nokia 6.2 comes equipped with a triple rear camera setup that include a 16-megapixel primary shooter with f/1.8 aperture, a 5-megapixel depth sensor and an 8-megapixel wide-angle shooter with f/2.2 aperture. On the front, there is an 8-megapixel f/2.0 selfie camera.
Nokia 6.2 comes with 64GB of onboard storage. It also features a dedicated microSD card slot (up to 512GB). Connectivity options on the smartphone include Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.0, USB Type-C port, GPS, and 4G LTE. The device measures 159.88x75.11x8.25mm and it weighs 180 grams. Nokia 6.2 packs a 3,500mAh battery. The smartphone is available in Ceramic Black and Ice colour options.
Nokia 7.2 features a 6.3-inch full-HD+ display with HDR10 support, Gorilla Glass 3 and 500nits brightness. The smartphone supports dual-SIM (Nano). It is powered by octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC, paired with up to 6GB of RAM.
On the imaging front, Nokia 7.2 comes equipped with a triple rear camera setup that houses a 48-megapixel primary shooter with f/1.79 aperture, 5-megapixel depth sensor, and an 8-megapixel wide-angle shooter with f/2.2 aperture. On the front, there is a 20-megapixel f/2.0 selfie shooter.
