Breaking: No top leader, CM took responsibility of defeat, says Rahul

Addressing Youth Congress workers, party president Rahul Gandhi said that no one took the responsibility of debacle of party in Lok Sabha elections. “Even after my announcement of resignation, no Congress CM and state president came forward to step down,” he added.
