Political parties across the spectrum condemned the violence unleashed by masked goons in the Jawaharlal Nehru University campus (JNU) in Delhi on Sunday night. BSP chief Mayawati sought a judicial probe into the acts of violence. Congress chief spokesperson Randeep Singh Surjewala accused the Modi government of harboring enmity with the youth of the country and said violence in the JNU campus reminded it of the Nazi rule. Backed by Opposition parties, they are the ones fomenting trouble on campuses.” Watch full bulletin.
