Chaos as Mumbai’s Lower Parel rail bridge closed for repairs

Authorities on Tuesday closed Lower Parel’s rail overbridge (ROB) for repairs. The morning was complete chaos in and around Mumbai’s business district and both train commuters and people on their own vehicle struggled after the closure of the rail overbridge.
