Congress leaders, including party president Sonia Gandhi, Manmohan Singh and Rahul Gandhi staged protest against Modi government on the occasion of ‘Constitution Day’ in front of the Ambedkar Statue in Parliament. The grand old party also boycotted President Ram Nath Kovind's address at the joint sitting of Parliament.
