Delhi: Dense fog shrouds national capital;low visibility halts operations at IGI airport

Delhi-NCR on Sunday woke up to a foggy morning as dense fog enveloped the region. Low visibility halted operations at Delhi's Indira Gandhi International Airport as many flights were affected. Normal life was also affected because of the fog reduced visibility.
