A woman, who is a playschool owner, attempted to kidnap a 9-month-old baby in Delhi’s Arjun Nagar. The accused entered the house and attacked grandmother of the baby with knife. Maid of the victim shouted help in neighbours after accused attacked the elderly woman. Watch the full report.
