Fuel, petrol prices hike with record high

Petrol and diesel prices across India shot to record high on Friday. The price of petrol was hiked by Rs 0.48 per litre and diesel by Rs 0.52 per litre in the national capital. The price of petrol in Delhi is now touching Rs 80, while diesel price at Rs 72. In Mumbai, petrol is now at Rs 87.39 per litre, while the diesel price marks at Rs 76.51 per litre, as per a notification by the Indian Oil Corporation (IOC).
