Government will take stringent action against accused: CM Fadnavis

Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis said that the government will take stringent action against the officials responsible for the negligence in the foot overbridge collapse in Mumbai. Mumbai Police registered a case under IPC 304-A against officials of Railways and BMC in overbridge collapse in which five persons were killed and 31 injured. Earlier, a section of a foot overbridge near a busy train station in south Mumbai collapsed during evening rush hour on Thursday.
