Heavy snowfall hits normal life in Himalayan states

Heavy snowfall hits Himalayan states, including Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Kashmir Valley, disrupting normal lives and leading to closure of roads. The unseasonal snowfall caused major power outage in the region. Meanwhile, the sudden whiteout in the areas saw a rapid drop in temperature in the entire northern region.
