Himachal elections 2017: Prime Minister Narendra Modi slams Congress in Kangra, labels party as 'laughing club'

Prime Minister Narendra Mod while addressing a rally in Kangra ahead of the Himachal elections has called Congress as a laughing club. The polls in the state will commence from November 9.
