I take full responsibility for party's defeat, says Shivraj Singh Chouhan

The outgoing Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Wednesday resigned from his post after 13 straight hours in office. He accepted his responsibilities for the party's defeat and stepped down from his post this morning.
