Local goons thrash, misbehave with couple in Bihar's Begusarai

A video has gone viral from Bihar's Begusarai in which a couple can be seen getting misbehaved by some wrongdoers. The police finally took the matter into cognizance and it is being probed. As per the police, the goons belong to the same locality as that of the victims.
