Man offers namaz on road outside UP CM Yogi Adityanath's office, creates ruckus

Uttar Pradesh police have arrested a Muslim man named Rafique Ahmed, who offered Namaz in the middle of the road leading to heavy traffic in front of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s office. CM Adityanath was presiding over a meeting of senior officials inside the building when the incident took place.
