Muslim man dies in police custody in Lucknow, family demands action

A man, arrested on theft charges, died in jail allegedly after third-degree torture by the Police in Lucknow. The family of the victim alleged that he was beaten black and blue by the police. There were injury marks on his back. The police, however, denied charges but said that action will be taken against those found guilty.
