Nirav Modi spotted in London, avoids questions by journalist

Fugitive diamantaire Nirav Modi, accused in the $2 billion PNB fraud case, was spotted in London. When a journalist questioned him about his fraud in India, he just said no comment and avoided the questions. Earlier on Friday, the sprawling seaside mansion of Modi was demolished using explosives.
