Senior Congress leader P Chidambaram, who is facing threat of arrest, failed on Wednesday to get immediate relief from the Supreme Court as the CJI bench rised for the day without for the Union minister's counsel mentioning his petition seeking protection from arrest in the INX media scam cases. Chidambaram’s petition was not listed which means ED and CBI can arrest the former union minister.
