Patna: The woman panchayat of Gaunpur always carries a gun with her. She is the ‘revolver rani’ of her area. This woman’s name is Abha Devi. Abha carries a gun with her always for the protection of her village and the village people. She had once been attacked by unknown assailants, after which she has started carrying a gun with her.
