PM Narendra Modi stopped BJP MP Ashok Dohre from touching his feet

In a video that is making rounds over the internet features PM Narendra Modi who was about to attend the BJP Parliamentary meeting at the Parliamentary House in New Delhi and suddenly one BJP MP tries to touch his feet. But PM Modi stops him and ask him not to do that again. The name of the MP was Ashok Dohre.
