Police officer thrashes toll staff in Uttarakhand's Rudrapur

In Uttarakhand's Rudrapur, a toll staff was thrashed by a police officer after the former asked the officer to show the identity card. It is being reported that the toll staff had asked for toll tax to which the officer responded with violence.
