Congress leader Kapil Sibal attacked Modi government over the issue of electoral bonds. Speaking to News Nation, he said that there should proper investigation into the matter and the prime minister should reply on it. He added, "Earlier, companies could only provide 15 percent of their profit in the form of electoral bonds but now that limitation has also been removed."
